Ingredients
- 1 pizza dough ball (see our recipe for Quick and Easy Pizza Dough)
- 4 tablespoons eggplant cream (see our recipe for Baba Ganoush)
- 1 Merguez or lamb sausage
- 50 g fresh or grated mozzarella
- Finely chopped parsley
- Optional: Vonken Secret Sauce (see our recipe for this essential topping)
Preparation
- Flatten the dough ball and spread it with your hands from the inside out to the desired size of your pizza.
- Spread the eggplant cream over the pizza base, just as you would spread passata. Sprinkle lightly with mozzarella.
- Squeeze out one merguez sausage and divide into balls over the pizza.
- Finish with 2 spoonfuls of Vonken Secret Sauce if you like garlic!
- Bake in Vonken at a minimum of 400°C for 90 seconds and let rest briefly after removing the pizza. Finish with fresh parsley and serve.
