Essential Tools

This pack of four Essential Tools contains everything you need for a crispy pizza and many other dishes: pizza peel, turning peel, oven brush, poker and easily removable rack that fits all accessories. Made from powder-coated stainless steel, steamed bamboo and aluminium. Each tool is compatible with all our Vonkens. It includes a handy pizza peel for pizza and bread. The poker is very useful for moving coals or logs in the hot oven. With the adjustable oven brush, you can perfectly brush the stone floor or scrape off grease residues. The steel bristles provide a hard brush that does not damage the baking surface. You can clean the oven effortlessly, even at 500°C. Sweep ash and coals to the sides when you want to bake pizza or bread or prepare a casserole. Finally, the turning peel helps you turn your pizza while it crisps up in the oven. You can mount the rack on either side of your Vonken. Thanks to its excellent insulation, this rack never gets hot. Compatible with any Vonken oven.
