Grilling under the roaring flames on a hot cast iron grill: it's a wonderful feeling. Steak, fish, vegetables, scallops, duck... everything. The beauty of this method of grilling is that heat comes from two sides at once: the flames cook the top of your meat, and the cast iron plate cooks the bottom.
